It works! I tried it and IT REALLY DOES WORK! OH MY GOODNESS. I am having to repeat it for my right ear, but heavens to betsy, things are quieter right now.

I up for giving it a try, but don’t have high hopes.
There are apparently many caused of tinnitus, some involving nerves and some involving physical damage to the ears, usually from high noise exposure (mine I know is related to firing guns without earplugs, working around hot rods with open headers without earplugs, and working around both recip and jet engines without earplugs - all in my stupid youth).
From what I’ve been told by several doctors, if you have the physical damage, you may as well learn to live with it because it ain’t going away.

After one session - ringing is lessened. Will do it some more.

WHAT?????... i tried it, got rid of the ringing in my right ear, greatly reduced it in the left.....
omg it stopped and I only did it 3 times... Ha!! ill be damned... had it for years! Years!!
Another way to deal with tinnitus is to listen to the song “Whistle While You Work” for a minute or two. Soon you’ll forget all about your tinnitus :-)

The responses on this thread are amazing. I don’t have tinnitus so I can’t try it to any effect but good for all of you who have found relief!

I was wrong, there was an effect for me. I don’t have ringing but after doing the technique a little bit my hearing was definitely clearer. Maybe crisper is a better way to describe it. Outstanding! What a simple thing to do.
im still more than half deaf lol, but the ringing did go away... good post, good find....
