1996 Dole — You’re kidding, right?
1992 GHWB — sitting out

1980, 1984 — RR — Yes! I’ll go vote.

Why? RR split the Republican vote in 1976 and caused the election of Jimmy Carter which led to 9/11. So you could not vote for him in 1980. Maybe in 1984. :)
