There are still Freepers that think Sarah will eventually run and get the nomination (insane vanity)
Posted on 10/10/2011 10:21:25 AM PDT by Scythian
This post was made in the chit chat form and I even put the word vanity in the title, so if you came here to cry, take it somewhere else.
I keep reading this threads about Sarah and I am astounded as to how many freepers STILL think she is going to run, that all of the nominees will be destroyed and that she will end up to be president.
It's dishearting to see the same kind of worship on our side as the left has with Obama. Sadly, there is a Sarah Derangement Syndrome alive and well thriving in our camp too.

You are an effective divider - kinda like Obama. Good for you, you have shown your true talent. Now go play on the freeway and make someone happy.

It's interesting to note that while Sarah Palin is not running for President, no one here, not even you, can get through a day without riding her name for attention.

What you and all of the other Palin haters should be concentrating on at this point in time is... trying to find some way to save this great Republic... because there is a real possibility that we are seeing her end days. The republican lineup that is left is just horrible... and the jury is still out on Cain at this point. Come November 2012... some of you may be wishing that Sarah had decided to run. She said that she is not running... and she has not lied to us yet.

Funny, isn’t it? Most Palin supporters have moved on, yet many of the PDSers haven’t. Kinda ironic!

Its time for the maive here to recognize that Palin was threatened in some way in September, and that is not going away.

Are you going for the stupid trophy?
No need for PDS nonsense any more, so let’s get back to reality.

What is surprising to me is how many on the forum detest Sarah. Detest? Really? I haven't seen that. Maybe you could give some examples - you know - copy / paste of what you are talking about.
I will now ask for examples of "hate" per your comment; not opposition and disagreement. I challenge you to show examples of hate.

No need for PDS nonsense any more, so lets get back to reality. Perhaps we are seeing the rise of those afflicted with 'PSDS'...Palin Supporter Derangement Syndrome'...those obsessed with people who won't let go of Palin in order to back THEIR candidate...or something like that.
I'm off to the store...need more popcorn.

You know, those who are wishing and hoping she’ll change her mind aren’t hurting anyone...if it helps to ease the disappointment,so be it. I was one of those who was certain she would run and was hoping against hope, but i’m moving on and looking forward to her running at a later time. So why don’t people like you just ignore them and keep the unnecessary ridicule to yourself? It’s counterproductive to the task at hand-getting our country back from the socialists who are running it into the ground.Just sayin’.

Cain isn’t saying anything now that he didn’t say on his radio show for years. And those shows are in the ‘can’ for any to listen to a comment about.

No ... here is how the unstoppable Sarah Palin gets the 2012 GOP nomination. The current field of announced candidates ebb and flow throughout the primaries with no clear winner.
The nomination becomes up for grabs at the conventions. After (or even before) rounds of balloting, Palin’s name is placed in nomination.
Palin is selected as the nominee with her declaring that Herman Cain will be her running mate.
The liberal gender/race-based media is rushed to the hospitals from acute anxiety attacks. They never fully recover.
Palin/Cain win in a landslide because Karl “Tokyo” Rove is not allowed to participate in the campaign since his abilities are limited to orchestrating squeaker elections, i.e., he doesn't know how to win in a landslide.
:)

I agree that there have been some wacky predictions about Palin as a still viable candidate. I just hope you know that you are about to feel the full measure of these die hard supporters in 3...2...1...
