I”m calling BS on you: I don’t think you ever supported Cain - thus a false premise. Why did you have to go through that dog and pony. Nothing wrong with the question you asked about Palin beating Obama, of course she would -as will whoever runs against him.

If you want to hold the flip-flop on that against him, that’s fine, but I understand why he walked that comment back, with people claiming he was imposing a religious test and so forth.

To me, his comments on that topic were a positive because there is no one in the field who has been more clear on where he stands on sharia law and related topics.

What he showed me was that, in Barack Obama’s famous formulation, if the winds shifted and it came down to muslims against the rest of us, Obama would stand with the muslims, that Cain on the other hand would stand with Americans.
