The primaries are being moved up because every state wants their primary to be important. Iowa and New Hampshire thinks they have the right to be the first so once another state threatens their position, they threaten to have theirs earlier still. I doubt Palin is influencing any of it.

Thank you for using logic. It is a law that Iowa must be the first caucus, which means if someone behind us moves up their primary, or caucus, then Iowa must do the same thing.

Believe me Iowa is not happy about this "grand conspiracy".
