Rush was discussing health care yesterday, and he said that the SCOTUS is political, even though people say it’s not. I think it’s political too, and they wouldn’t take up this issue.
They’re absolutely political, and as long as we let them get away with it there’s no reason for them to NOT be political. It’s up to us. If we accept this crap sandwich then it’s all we’re ever gonna get.
