If they include the one from Diamonds are Forever where the Mustang goes up on two wheels, that shouldn’t actually count. There’s a shot in between the entrance and exit shots that’s a close-up of Connery and St. John that rotates, indicating that the car found some space in which it was able to go from one set of wheels to the other. Yes, of course it’s a fix to an obvious continuity screw-up, but the fact that they included the fix in the movie removes it from being called a blooper. At least IMO.

I was watching a 50 year old, academy award winning film just the other night and spotted a huge mistake (”The Apartment”)

I went to IMDB and other sites that list movie bloopers and it seems no one else ever noticed this... I sent an email and some still images to a guy that has a blooper reel on youtube for this old film. Don’t know if he has updated it yet or not.

He left out a great one from The man with the golden gun..
In the fight scene in the belly dancers room when Bond punches one of the guys he hits against a dressing mirror which moves and reveals the whole camera crew in the reflection..

If you look really, really close, right before the helicopter smashes into the building, you can see that all the real people have been replaced with static dummies!

In Diamonds are forever, when the Whyte guards were chasing 007 across the desert, he in the moon buggy and they in the 3 wheeled hondas, the hondas wrecked and one too many motorcycle tires rolled across the highway.
