A lesbian actress who starred in "The L-Word" said she kissed a girl and got escorted off of a Southwest Airlines flight on Monday for doing it.
Leisha Hailey took to Twitter to call for a boycott of the carrier after a flight attendant told them other passengers had complained after witnessing the affection.
Her first tweet said: "I have been discriminated against." She later added, "Since when is showing affection to someone you love illegal?"
Southwest Airlines Co. responded on its website that Hailey was approached "based solely on behavior and not gender." The airline's four-sentence response said passengers were characterizing the behavior as excessive.

Yes, a publicity stunt or grounds for a lawsuit. They love to grab us by our hair and shove our faces in their lifestyle while through clenched teeth they demand we accept them as normal.
Anyone remember the case in Texas where the gay guy called 911 to report a breakin in progress? When the police showed up and walked around the back of the house, the gay men waited until the police were at the open bedroom window and they engaged in anal sex. They were arrested as their actions were a crime in Texas at the time. They used this to file a lawsuit and the law was changed to allow them to put what should be the most sacred part of their body into the dirtiest part of the body of mostly strangers picked up online.
But this is what the gays do. Like the women at the Dominican Republic honeymoon resort who recently sued because they were not treated like everyone else. They are looking for a springboard to a lawsuit whereever they think they are not accepted. Look for these lawsuits to accelerate in the near future. They are banking on the end of DADT to boost their ‘credibility’.
And her series The L Word is no longer. A good childhood friend of mine’s sister was one of the stars on the show. I wanted to watch her but couldn’t make it past 5 minutes. What a sad, lonely, empty lifestyle. No wonder they are all so ugly, bitter and aged.
A cunning stunt - if you will.
I'm getting soft.
Okay, I'll bite: Hot Beef Injection?
Oh, wait--when I said "I'll bite...." I didn't actually mean, umm, given the topic of this thread, uhhh... Oh, never mind!
I disagree.
There used to be a time when what they did in the privacy of their own bedrrom WAS my business. And yours too.
We had laws against this perversion. Now we don’t. So naturally - we see these pervs going public.
Unless and until we restore sanity in this country (and that means restoring Sodomy Laws) we can expect these public outbursts of indecency.
And in the winter, when you're in one of those fishing shanty shelters on a frozen lake, beware if your buddy goes on and on about ice holes.
There’s a couple different ways in which to interpret that.
Two lesbian managers and the new hire is lesbian? I think I would be wondering if they weren’t hiring her for that very reason.
Tolerance, the liberal mantra, includes putting up with unseemly behavior but not with opposing political views.
I do not believe this country will ever get back enough morals to restore Sodomy laws. I know it will not happen in my lifetime.
Personally I do not care what they do in their bedrooms. If only they would keep it in their bedrooms and not force it on me. The mentally ill sickness of homosexuality should be kept in the closet, not taught in our schools and flaunted on our forms of transportation,or paraded down our streets.
In case anyone thinks this isnt sick I have this site to offer as proof.

That a city should host such an event is an atrocity in itself. That it is the home of Nancy Pelosi, and a city she is proud of should tell you what she is.
That's why Albert crated the internet
Not just homosexuals. Hollyweird is trying to pervert kids period.
Do people really need to show affection on a plane? Just sit there and enjoy the flight.Read a book, watch a movie, listen to your Ipod,etc.Sheesh.
