The physicist and science writer Mario Menichella has just released the English version of his interesting book “I segreti dell’E-Cat”. The aim of the book, is to bring an understanding of how the E-Cat really works to all those who are fashinated from this new technology which could change the human destiny .

I wrote this book because I am a curious physicist .

I had read of the potentially revolutionary reactor of Rossi Focardi – better known as “Energy catalyzer”, or E-Cat – only a few days after its public demonstration of January 14, 2011 in Bologna. At first, I did not give too much weight to the thing, even though I wrote to Rossi to compliment him and give some tips on how to communicate to the public news so delicate. But fate, evidently, reserved me much more .

Mario Menichella organized a few months ago a popular conference on Cold fusion in Viareggio and also arranged a long interview ( that you can see HERE in Italian ) with Sergio Focardi, one of the protagonists of the story that led Andrea Rossi to invent the E-Cat .

The interest for the Energy Catalyzer and its founder, Andrea Rossi, did not dissipate; on the contrary, as time goes by, more and more interest is born. Those who follow this fusor energy invention, anticipate the demonstration launch of the 1 MW plant in October. Much has already been said, and much has already been written about E-Cat technology.

Some information is available online – be it in various articles written on the subject or by Rossi himself and other contributors on his Journal of Nuclear Physics blog. And yet it’s still hard to put the pieces together and see the big picture.

Energy Catalyzer followers, however, need to enter a new name to their list – Mario Menichella. He has performed an unprecedented work compiling and authoring an energy catalyzer guide – I segreti dell’E-Cat (The Secrets of the E-cat) - of over 140 pages. He has pieced together everything that has been let known to the public and filled in the missing details according to some logical deduction and personal understanding of the device. Apart from the history of cold fusion and the low energy nuclear reactions, the handbook is rather detailed in giving step by step directions to how to build an Energy Catalyzer on your own. There is of course no telling how accurate it is in relation to the original. Ultimately, it is a very impressive energy catalyzer guide in dissecting this latest fusor energy production device, which only shows how powerful it is for the future developments.

With several books and essays published, Menichella has given his view on how the low energy nuclear reactions device is designed, how it works, its final product, the issue of radioactivity as well as his guess on the issue of the secret catalyst. This only proves how invaluable the invention of Andrea Rossi is.

I think I know this guy. Isn’t he the one that invented the AstroPhysics Toilet Blaster?

Yeah, he has to be the guy. After all, with all of that “Master of Science in Communication” degree, what could he not do?

I would guess that he would have to call AAA to change a tire on his car because he wouldn’t know how. After all, he could only use his “Master of Science in Communication” degree to “communicate” with it.
