Typical...boomer...non-sequitur.

Boomers are like catching your neighbor red-handed stabbing your wife to death and them saying ‘but...but...I stole the knife from YOUR drawer, so what do YOU got to say for yourself?’

Only a boomer would call someone pointing out their incompetency whining, and act as if they were entitled to be incompetent and everyone should toughen up and put up with it.

Thanks for giving me the classic example to illustrate to the class.

Sorry FRiend, but you were the one saying that that Gen X didn’t complain..and proceeded to do just that.

Placing a whole generation in your judgemental rant really doesn’t add to your credibility.

I have read this post several times and still can’t get the “neighbor stabbing his wife” analogy. I’m sure you have a point you are trying to make...but it really isn’t expressed very well.

Actually, I think every generation for many years has tried to improve the chance of success for their children. Make their life better and easier than their own. Don’t you? Times are hard right now for everybody. That is no reason for any group of people to throw another under the bus.

JMHO

(What class are you illustrating things to? Are you a teacher...or are you talking about the people on this forum?)

Perhaps booze or pot use can explain your sentence?
