The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has ordered a San Diego Teacher to take down a banner that says ' In God We Trust.' The teacher who has had the banners up in his classroom for two decades says the banner was free speech.
Bradley Johnson is a math teacher in the Poway Unified School District. He says the banner celebrates the religious heritage of America.
He says the banners were 'no more an assertion of a religious point of view than the Tibetan prayer flag, Dalai Lama poster and Malcolm X poster that other teachers had in their classrooms.'
His banner says "In God We Trust," "God Bless America," and "God Shed His Grace on Thee."

the idiots at the district deserve the flames,, they appealed earlier decision by a court that the banners were OK. after 20 years, someone is now crying foul?
curious if this was a 3 Judge panel decision,, not sure an en banc would yield different outcome.. but when ya strat kicking God out of the classroom..
The bastards on the Ninth circus should not receive a cent of United States money, since it all says “In God We Trust”.
I have a solution:
Post large pictures of dollars and US coins, they all say “In God We Trust”. (it’s for the math of it/sarc)
Your self question is the same I ask myself over and over. Voting is a given. Keeping up and understanding issues are problematical as to time available for other necessary obligations for real living. Talking and spreading the wisdom as to keeping our Nation under the Constitution is also a must. Financial support for others is also a so-so opportunity. Lets not forget the power of prayer to the God of our Founding Fathers for keeping our exceptional Nation as they intended. Above all voting and getting others to vote for honest people in all branches of government, including the courts, who sincerely want this Nation to be exceptional. And don’t forget to memorialize all those who have served and died for the Nation to be exceptional. Find one task every day in one or more of the above tasks and you can have faith that the ‘Spirit of ‘76’ will be alive.
So put a picture of a dollar bill up there.
