A lot of people don’t understand this, because the MSM muddies it just like they do so many other stories.

From what I understand, if you are descended from a Cherokee bloodline, black, white, or inbetween, you are a Cherokee. If you are a line that was an escaped slave that was harbored or owned by a Cherokee, you are not a member.

You have to have a certain percentage of blood to be a Cherokee. That’s all this is about. You can’t just say, hey I lived with you, therefore I am a voting member of the tribe.

I hope I am reading this correctly but that is what I am getting. The MSM is trying to make it seem that if you are Cherokee and also black, you are getting thrown out.

You can’t just say, hey I lived with you, therefore I am a voting member of the tribe.

ACORN seems to be doing a pretty good job of making that argument work for illegal aliens in the United States.

correct on all points.

The MSM are not telling all the facts here.
The Cherokee tribe have been for years trying to get a more stricter way of saying if you’re Cherokee.

I HATE THE MSM
