Anyone experiencing outage on their Dish Network?
You mad, bro?
nope
Sat 129 is having issues. It should primarily affect the west coast.
Al Qaeda?
Earlier thread someone was complaining about no HD channels.
There have been some media reports on the topic. Google news has a few articles.
Yes they are having problems, but you can watch some channels.
Probably Obama
I started a rumor and was reported on that new website

huh-uh
Man, thanks for a blast from the 13-month ago past. My Dish would go out more than a 17 year old beauty queen. I loved the DVR and all the trappings of the interface, but I just got so fed up with the outages, I am probably never going back to any satellite-based service.
In truth, my cable provider’s hi-def is of superior quality to boot.
Sorry to bring you down, I just wanted to chime in from the point of view of a former Dish subscriber.
My “DIRECTV” is working just fine.

The Dish Network HD satellite is out.Has been out for hours.
If it wasn’t me I was one of ‘em. We’re still not back to HD but it will get better.....one day. LOL
Yes. For several hours. We unplugged everything to “reboot”. Then clicked on the guide and now watching local channels. If you try to watch other channels it will go to the loss of service screen.
******SOLAR FLARE!!!***** Everybody hyperventilate!!!
Yes, today!

DENVER - DISH Network says it does not expect to be able to solve its signal problem with several channels until Wednesday morning. DISH says there is an outage for many of its HD channels, including KUSA and KTVD, due to a “satellite anomaly.” DISH says it is working to restore the channels overnight and expects to have them operational by Wednesday morning.
DISH says many customers can watch the channels in SD instead of HD while the problem is being resolved. To do that, customers can unplug their receiver from the main power source and plug it back in to see the SD channels.
