Not unreasonable. Reflections produce backscatter from the rings, backlighting the planet. With the sun masked, contrast can be adjusted to pick up the otherwise lost lighting.

There is no eclipsing of any of the rings. But there does appear to be some eclipsing on the planet itself (just above the inside ring). Everything is way too uniformly illuminated.
