The source claims Monica has more or less given up on finding love. 'Monica still feels like she's the punchline to a dirty joke,' the source said. 'The publicity over her affair with Clinton ruined her chances of ever finding a decent guy. In June she made a rare outing with a small dinner party at Lucy's El Adobe Cafe in Hollywood.

I don’t know why anyone wouldn’t feel sorry for her.

Too late in life she has learned that choices have consequences.

In a way, she’s lucky. How many people get to have a sex act named after them?

Monica, 38, flits between homes in Los Angeles owned by her mother, her father and brother and an apartment in New York that is also owned by the Lewinsky family. Shes gotten THAT big?
I can't help it. I'm still snickering. That was funny. (I know it says flits, not fits. Still funny.)

It’s odd isn’t it. Some people here would actually feel sorry for her then. It’s like it became bizzaro world around that time.

I don’t like the “pity me” tone.
She was used by a powerful man ... but she’s deluding herself into thinking it was mutual.
She has to expect that there’s always going to be talk because of what he did to her and what she did with him.
She’d better get over it.

Even if she lost the weight and looked hot, I’d still know where that mouth had been and I wouldn’t be able to get past that.

This reminds me of the beginning of a love affair between me and...
...Mark Steyn. Yes, we're just good friends. The first column I ever read of his had to do with this sordid business. It was so well-penned I can almost quote it verbatum:
The radical feminists have been complaining about phallocracies for two decades, but now that they are confronted by a numbingly literal phallocrat, they look the other way.

Eva Peron was touring Europe. When she got to northern Italy, as she was chauffered through the streets of Milan, escorted by a retired naval officer, she was angered when the crowds shouted, "Whore! puta! prostitute!"
Furious, Evita turned to her escort: "They are calling me a puta!"
"Don’t be offended, please," her escort remarked soothingly. "That’s all right. I haven’t been to sea for fifteen years, yet they still call me Admiral!"

No, you’re not a sap. Monica was a young woman barely out of her teens. Bill Clinton SHOULD have been REMOVED a la Nixon (who got a lot of undeserved maltreatment in my opinion), after (Clinton) being impeached for such HORRIBLE actions that put the United States’ in peril of foreign blackmail. As it is, he is “revered” elder statesman who has high, important standing that he KNOWS is not deserved - with a leftist harpy wife who has her finger still stuck in American politics and no end in sight as payback for “standing by her man”.
I hope Monica can overcome this in every way and can salvage her life. I’m tired of people calling her “fat”, as if that’s enough of an excuse to keep on trashing her.

That’s what bothers me. She’s acting like Clinton was a prince charming and not a pig.
She ought to know by now ... he used her.
If she still thinks THAT was a relationship, then no wonder she can’t find one now.

She needs to get over feling sorry for herself and get on with life.
She can’t be any worse off than Tanya Harding and she isn’t crying.

Maybe I’m a sap but I genuinely feel sorry for her.
Yeah, I feel sorry for her too. Many young people make bad mistakes, but (because they’re not in the public eye) they get to recover from them. Not Monica. She will be a punch line for the rest of her life. It is sad—she few too close to the flame and got burned.
