I was just going to say, exactly opposite of what google would ever do!
Google is doing a tribute to a gay rock star now. Odds they would do so if he wasn’t gay... zero

It is absolutely beautiful! What a wonderful picture.

That guy has more courage than I have.
To: max americana
Yes, images on the home page are the best way to rate a search engine.

That is really pretty!
I went to bing.com, and it was even prettier than the screen shot. Very nice. Very nice indeed.

I personally would have flipped it so the flag didn't look backward but its a fine photo.
I use Bing search these days anyway but I go to Bing every morning just to see what photo they have. A couple weeks back on National Aviation day they used this one.

Outstanding!
Gave me a chill.
Would like to know the identity of the man on the spire. Have an excellent bottle of 25 year-old scotch I’d like to send him.
Thanks for the screen shot.

I even sent a message on “tell us what you think” at the bottom of the page and gave a feedback.

Google really out did themselves this year.......

That's a great picture and inspirational at that. I must confess, because of Obama, I won't fly an American flag. If I did it would have to be at half staff!!
This country, today, is not worthy to fly the flag that so many servicemen died for. I keep thinking about the scene at Normandy cemetery, Iwo Jima, etc., that we've freed millions at a colossal cost in our country's men and women. To have this guy run around apologizing for what the accomplishments of this country have been is disgusting.
If he wins again, you will be flying the Islamic flag.

On Bing's site, they have some hotspots overlaid to search for various aspects of the flag and the holiday.
But what they really need is a link to a contest to come up with a new name for the holiday, its current name having been irretrievably damaged by Organized Labor.

To be fair to Google, they have an American flag too:

Shown actual size, but it's an improvement over previous years.
