That is true. Her chromosomes will always say she is a female. I’m not aware that you can change your DNA to alter your core genetic information.

Honestly, I don’t know where they get this stuff. Sperm are X or Y and THAT determines female or male. She needed intense psychiatric intervention and she got political correctness.
