Well, there was also Ottis Toole, who is similar to the guy in the story, he made himself out to be a homosexual male prostitute as a means of collecting his homosexual male victims. Even more disturbing is the fact that he acknowledged that the promiscuity of many homosexual men gave him a vast and easy pool of victims to pick from. Like the Russian creep in this story, he often also cannibalized or served his homosexual male victims in addition to brutally killing them. This adds more than mere health concerns to the behavior practiced by numerous homosexuals, not only is there a disease risk, but there is also a serious risk that you end up in the wrong company of some guy like this Russian cannibal or Toole.
