"'DWTS' producers vote down using same-sex dance partners"

And the reason is....they're frightened of "narrowing" their audience. The audience is already a bit narrow. Most serious people probably take no more than a passing glance at this sort of TV. Run them off and what do you have left?

Why don’t they just import a donkey show from Tijuana and be done with it? The rush to debase society is like watching a train wreck.

Why not go all the way and turn it into a musical orgy? Throw in a few animals in heat, a few homos, a few in betweens (whatever they're called) and maybe a few large plants covered with insects just to spice it up a bit?
Once they open that door of perversion, anything is referred to as "politically correct" after that (complete with hate legislation and tolerance books for kindergartners).

Sure you weren’t thinking of Jane Velez Mitchell? She came out some time ago.

DWS production is going to wish for refreshing Bristol Palin to be back.

I think it’s fine for transexuals or gays and lesbians to dance, but not on National TV to push their lifestyle in our faces. I feel especially sorry for Chaz-she was a chubby, unhandsome woman and now she’s a chubby transgendered unhandsome man and she/he’s going to be in a world of hurt. Why put yourself through that, especially with the media stars her mother and father were. Sexually deviant from the norm lifestyles are for those who feel compelled, I guess. But privately, please. The rest of us don’t want to be exposed to that.

I’ve never watched the show and don’t intend to, especially if they want to do this crap.

I have Netflix and we watch Quantum Leap, MacIver, Wings, Cheers, and old movies. There are very few TV shows on now that are worth watching.

When all this started, they said all they wanted was tolerance.
We made the mistake of giving it to them. It's time we changed our minds.

Rather than just a donkey, add a trained rhino and elephant to the mix...all in the interests of bipartisanship

I can honestly say I have never watched one nano-second of “dancing with the stars”. 13 seasons?!! That has to be more than one a year, right? What the heck is the ratio of men and woman who watch this kind of thing anyhow? I mean, who is saying “ah, the gays are ruining such a great show, ah well, we had 12 good seasons of awesomeness before they gayed it the hell up too much for my tastes”?

I really don’t see why all of a sudden people are upset that there is a gay guy on Dancing With the Stars. Um, one of the pro’s, Louie Van Amstel is gay and he’s been on quite a few seasons. He has been partnered with Margaret Cho, Neicy Nash, Trista Sutter, and Kelly Osbourne. I’m not sure about the other seasons, but he has never won. As close as he’s gotten was third place with Kelly. That was the year that Donny Osmond won.

Amidst all of the kerfluffle over the casting of both a gay man (Carson Kressley) and a transgender man (Chaz Bono) in the 13th season of "Dancing With the Stars," an old question has been raised again: Isn't it time for this top-rated series to allow for same-gender dance partners?

Coming Attractions.

Nah. Not realistic enough. Those guys are wearing too many clothes. If you want to go queer, it's open ass chaps, whips, and chains all the way. No blood - no fun.

13 years already??

I remain very proud that I have never watched Dancing, or American Idol in all these years.

It’s a much better use of time to sit there and just pick my nose!

At least you get something out of the experience.

Just move the show out of the Studio and do a remote from a Gay Bar.

Notice how Liberalism ruins every institution it touches?
From Traditional Marriage to the Boy Scouts, you can count on the Libtards to attack it.
