I never want to call him Representative West. That’s not what I admire about him.

While I understand the thought, in reality it is correct to call him representative rather than colonel since a congress kritter is a higher position. Same as when Governors Perry or Palin become president in 2013 you’d not continue to call them governor.

But he’s certainly earned respect. Hooah.
