I thought you were going to pose something negative I said about Palin? Where is it? I’m waiting...

Well, you've been able to dig up years' old interviews.

Anything from...I don't know...the last few years?

Not sure attacking Perry for possibly not completing his term of office is a good line of attack for Palin supporters.

I’m pretty sure that when Palin was running for Governor, she never mentioned the possibility that she would leave the position to run for the VP slot.

Texas has 64% of the border and receives 20% of federal funding to protect it.

And yet when he could of actually done something substantial to solve the problem using interior enforcement, like AZ1070, he turns it down flat.

Furthermore, he comes out against a border wall, not just in Texas mind you, but along the whole border.

Couple this with the numerous Open-Border statements he has made and what you have is someone who doesn't want to solve the problem.

He sees political advantage in that Open Border.

He refuses to take notice of the fact that TaxPayers are being forced to subsidized children that are not their own, children these Illegal Immigrants can't afford and live here in the US.

Taxpayers are being forced to take responsibility for other peoples lives before they can spend one red-cent to take care of their own responsibilities.

All this so he can look like a "Compassionate" conservative.

Haven’t you gone to bed yet, SoCon? It’s getting late, and your jabs are getting more and more comical.

You support the Presidential candidate’s agenda. But, you don’t parrot their position as their own.

Is that why FR dissolves in hilarity every time Biden contradicts Obama? You'll have to come up with something better than that as it does not fly.

You're talking about Obama right?

Actually, I think irw is talking about Perry if the Perry threads are any indication.

Try responding to the issues raised and leave the nonsense to someone else.

You might have more success at informing/ or possible convincing others that Perry actually would be a good POTUS candidate.

No. You started it. She just posted a relevant article to all the Perry haters who are out in force on FR. This is disgusting.

Call a Waaaaaaaahmbulance.

How exactly like a Texan. Act like a swaggering, overconfident bully until you are challenged, then completely lose it like a child.

If this is what Perry's supporters are like, it makes me want to see how he'll react when he's poked.

(You know, like Saturday Night Live joking about incest in *his* family, or David Letterman joking on national TV about Perry's daughter getting pregnant as the result of statutory rape by a professional athlete...which they really did to Palin.)

Cheers!

Thank you for that clarity. That is very good. Indeed, why I also posted my own decision to support Perry tonight.

On the other hand, I don’t believe you will sit out the General election in 2012 if it were between Romney and Obama. Heaven forbid, I am going to fight for it not to be. But, I can’t see you letting Obama have it by sitting out.

No. I don’t think Perry supporting muslims in A-OK. I think this country elects muslims because they are crazy. I don’t think muslim matters anymore. I am a member of the Heritage society, daughters of the Republic of TX and Dauthers of the Am. Revolution. Not bragging. Most of us that love this country descended from these things. But it only matters to us. That’s what I’m saying. the time to close the borders was in the ‘70s if we wanted our “old” country back. And now here we are and it doesn’t matter if you name is barrack hussein obama or if you are a “muslim lover” to voters (not the Perry is, because I know different). But that was the point. It’s a moot point unless you want to be called a racist. It won’t fly with voters anymore. It matters to me. But it doesn’t to most voters.

Obama on the “global” scale. For sure! We don’t even need to debate that one.

Let me get this straight. Perry says he wants to stem the flow of illegal immigrants. Yet he offers in state tuition to their kids.

He criticizes Obama for not securing the border, for not enforcing federal law. Arizona passes a law that mirrors federal law, so that courageous state law enforcement officials like Joe Arpaio can secure the border.

Perry dismisses the law as “not right for Texas.” Why was it not right for Texas? He doesn’t say. Slick platitudes like “it’s not right for Texas” won’t cut it. He just didn’t want to stand with Jan Brewer.

If he is complaining about Obama not securing the border, why doesn’t he get off his duff and pass a law that IS right for Texas. The reason is plain: The laws he has pushed are the corridor and the tuition breaks for illegals, measures designed to promote, rather than stop, illegal immigration.

His actions speak louder than his phony platitudes. He is an open borders guy.

Assimilate much?

Cheers!

Sorry but you support the Presidential candidate even if you disagree. You cannot go out on a campaign trail and say opposing things. No one would vote for a PAIR that disagrees.

FR has threads on Biden contradicting Obama. We laugh. A lot.

If you support someone else for President go to their threads and support them rather that try to start flame wars.

If the only way your pick can "win" is by tearing down someone else, you've already lost.

Perry will convince voters of that. He hasn’t even begun. he’s very impressive, and I’m tired from all the attacks tonight. I’ll email you if you want a response to your question if you want, but now I’m just finishing up responses with people i have NOT been arguing with all day then going to bed. Good night.

However, it is fair to admit that there is more “deference” given to Palin on this forum than any other candidate.

You'd have to ask Jim about that. He's a fair broker, even though he has repeatedly stated that Sarah Palin is his preferred candidate. She's been trashed, slashed and bashed here more than any other and it's still going on today, after 3 years!

It's my understanding (and I am NOT a moderator) that posters are banned for a history of vile posts and behavior. Of course, Romney supporters are zotted immediately, right along with homosexual agenda supporters and abortion lovers.

We'll get right. We have to. Defeating the Marxist and electing a TEA PARTY president, Senate and House is a must!
