Is that why Tim Pawlenty just dropped out of the race? because the results of yesterday’s straw poll were “meaningless”?
Pawlenty’s been in the also ran category the whole time, he should have dropped out months ago. Good for him that he finally saw the handwriting on the wall. It’s a meaningless poll. Again look at the history. Prior to this year 6 people have “won” it (one year was a tie), 2 of those 6 winners got the GOP nomination. That’s meaningless.
NOTHING is meaningless.
Actually almost everything is meaningless. Especially polls. Especially completely unscientific voluntary participation polls participated in by 16 year olds that can’t even vote.
I’ve thrown out the facts, ignore them if you chose. But no matter how hard you stick your fingers in your ears and scream LALALALALA the fact don’t go away. Who wins the Ames poll is meaningless, it’s ESPECIALLY meaningless when one of the front runners didn’t even bother to participate.
Bye now, have a good life.
If my fingers are in my ears, it’s because your hands are covering you eyes. bye bye.
Gee, we can only hope.
Somehow is the structure that the republican party has established for primaries. Least conservative states go early, and states in which democrats can vote in a republican primary. Not much has changed.
