Wow, they are going to cut him off in the middle of a week. That is harsh.

"Hes the most awkwardly unfunny comedic presence since Chevy Chase hosted a show." Man, that was a REALLY pathetic show! I remember how it was on opposite Rush when he was syndicated on TV.

Nah, it won’t stick. Besides, Jackson, Sharpton, & Obama own the patent on that one. Hispanics just don’t have the “luxury” to cry out such a claim. LOL

That show only furthers the stereotype that George Lopez is funny.

Pretty bad when even the race card fails to keep your show on. It was painful just to pass Lopez’ show while channel surfing.

Late Night Talk went into Intensive Care when Carson decided to retire.
Jack Paar was the master of monologue and had the gift (Along with Carson) of making his guests look better and more interesting than the host.
Dick Cavett was tolerable and had more then mainstream guests, but couldn’t clear the high set bar.
Everyone past Carson are poor, stale, week beer.
Lopez? A complete waste of air time.
Jack.

He certainly has an unpleasant ethnic chip on his shoulder; one wholly misplaced in a country as incomparably accepting as ours.

Even the Weather Channel is funnier than this guys show. Why did it take TBS so long to cancel ?

My wife and I actually liked the sitcom that he had, but his the talk show sucked. He was a terrible interviewer and never seemed comfortable unless he was back in standup mode bashing somebody.

Good, now they can cancel Conan. Whatever Conan had when he was at NBC is completely lost on his TBS show. Anybody have Conans ratings? For July 25-29, the 11 PM to Midnight showing of Conan has a 0.4 rating for adults 18-49 according to TV by the Numbers.
http://tvbythenumbers.zap2it.com/2011/08/04/jay-leno-and-jimmy-fallon-rank-1-for-the-late-night-week-of-july-25-29/99626/
Each adult 18-49 rating point equals 1.31 million viewers.
I didn't like what NBC and Jay Leno did to Conan.
George Lopez shouldn't have complained that "midnight was not ideal to him."

I endured part of a Conan show one night. Can’t remember why, guest maybe?
I can’t believe he actually gets paid for that lame show. Awful.
As bad as the promos for his shows are, they are much better than the real thing.
