This from Rasmussen is of likely voters Overall, 46% of voters say they at least somewhat approve of the president's performance. Fifty-two percent (52%) at least somewhat disapprove.
It still doesn’t add up to me. Look at Colorado...it has 44% and is “average” while Minnasotta is 52% “above average”. Wisconsin is 50% “Average” and South Carolina is 43% “Below Average”.
What is considered average, below average, and above average?
