Am in DC tonight with old network friends and fiends.
The word in DC is that John Kerry is working the media HARD to try to get himself back in headlines.
Kerry still wants very much to be Prez. He is promoting the idea that, politically, Obama is a "dead man walking."
Kerry claims he can save the Dem party by running in the primaries to the LEFT of Obama.... and be elected in both the primaries and the general!

I don’t possibly see how that could work....Although I would stock up on popcorn to see John Kerry take on Obama in the primaries! Also if someone did run to the left of Obama that would leave no room to “run to the middle”.

Love the idea. If he can’t wrestle the RAT nomination from Obama, he should run “third party”, I think that should do it. We can only dream.

The point is, Kerry couldn’t close the deal the first time. Obama did. Cynical leftists won’t leave an incumbent President Obama just to back a certified loser like Kerry. Nixon pulled off that hat-trick, but I don’t think Kerry has it in him.
I wish they would nominate Kerry, but they won’t! :-D
