Scolded by Another Federal Judge, ‘Birther’ Lawyer Orly Taitz Blames Court Clerk for Bad Filing

Posted Jul 26, 2011 5:24 PM CDT By Martha Neil

A California lawyer known for failed "birther" litigation against President Barack Obama that resulted in a $20,000 sanction from a U.S. District Court judge in Georgia has now irritated another member of the federal bench in the nation's capital, according to the Orange County Register.

Attorney Orly Taitz "is either toying with the court or displaying her own stupidity,” wrote U.S. District Judge Royce Lamberth yesterday in a memorandum and order (PDF) striking Taitz's filing because of

The real nutters are the OBots who support Obama in hiding his faux records.

“Orly Taitz “is either toying with the court or displaying her own stupidity...”

I’m betting on the latter.

Agreed. Repeated clerical errors which prevent filing?

Gross incompetence or indifference.

Furthermore, the evidence supports (conflicting evidence) that Obama’s SSN was never issued to anyone or to Obama in a Social Security Administrator SSN database query.

The "conflicting evidence" is that the Connecticut SSN was issued to someone in 1977. It's very possible that the SSN was removed from the query database.

Orly may not be another Oliver Wendell Holmes but she deserves recognition for her tireless efforts to force the courts to look at the Obama usurpation of power.

She has been wrongfully sidelined and tripped up by clerks, bueaucrats, minions and functionaries at every turn.

Her efforts have exposed a facet of the corruption in the legal system that usually remains hidden from view.

Let’s face it - the courts don’t want to deal with Obama’s illegal occupation of the White House, and in one way or another have degraded, belittled, or ignored every challenger. Orly stands out because she just keeps coming back at them.

Where are the heavy legal hitters? They are hiding from doing the right thing because they see that the political power is aligned in favor of not permitting a challenge to the system.

“Can someone tell me exactly what she did that was wrong?”

She didn’t properly redact Social Security numbers from a pleading that she filed. That’s her job, not the clerk’s.

Exactly. When an attorney signs off on a document, that attorney OWNS it. There is the formal understanding that the attorney has read and approved every iota of the document.

“maybe they are wrong. but the courts should not
be ostructing honest efforts to find the truth.”
Unless of course the truth is exactly what they don’t want
to find. The first line of defense for political crooks
is the process or bureaucracy itself.

Hey man, when you call a Federal judge a “traitor” (as she did in Georgia), you’d better expect the next Federal judge will expect you to dot the i’s and t’s. Seriously.

I agree, Judge Lambert was hands down the Clinton's least favorite judge and was widely praised here at the time. Holding both sides to high standards is a good thing in a judge. Alas the real left has forgotten the lesson they touted after Watergate, that no one is above the law.

Isn’t Orly supposed to view the original BC in HI tomorrow with 2 experts? I was thinking the 8th was the date on the subpoena. Thats if the state of HI doesn’t blow her off which I expect them to do. They probably won’t give her anything unless the judge orders it.

And what does this AH Judge Royce Lamberth think he is going to do? Execute her? Yup.

Judge Royce Lamberth was the bane of the Clintonistas back in Bubba’s Presidency. He will give no quarter to the Obamanation and his handmaidens. If he slams your filing, be assured your filing s_cks. Way past time to get your act together, Orly. Way past time.

You are exactly right. She has made an effort, and is still making an effort to expose Zero for the fraud he is. No, she is not a professional lawyer, IMHO, but has more balls than 98% of the “professional” attorneys. How many of those that have bashed her have tried to expose Zero? She has risked her life for this cause, as there are any number of Zero’s thugs that would harm her.
It’s not always the dog that is in the fight, but sometimes,it’s the fight that is in the dog. She may never succeed in exposing the usurper, but she has definitely tried!

Given the number of times that the Obama admin has thumbed their noses at the judiciary in just 2.5 years, you would think a few judges would show similar anger, if not more, towards the Obamatrons. Mind you, Taitz isn't exactly a great flag-bearer for the Birther movement may be worthy of a bit of derision. But it is time for the judiciary to bring the hammer down on Obama and Co.

>>> a liberal judge criticizing someone trying to get to expose the democrat cover-up?

I note birthers have a weak grip on facts in a number of areas.

Federal Judge Royce Lamberth is best known for the ease with which he approved dozens of discovery motions that allowed fellow conservative Larry Klayman of Judicial Watch to dig into the public and private life of President Bill Clinton. — Washington Monthly › Vol. 33 Nbr. 10, October 2001

Lamberth graduated from the University of Texas and from the University of Texas School of Law, receiving an LL.B. in 1967. He served as a Captain in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps of the United States Army from 1968 to 1974, including one year in Vietnam.

He was nominated to the federal bench on March 19, 1987 by President Ronald Reagan, and confirmed by the United States Senate on November 13, 1987.

In May 2003, in a case brought by the families of the 241 servicemen who were killed in the 1983 Beirut barracks bombing, Lamberth declared that the Islamic Republic of Iran was responsible for the 1983 attack. On September 7, 2007, Judge Lamberth ordered that Iran pay USD$2.65 billion to the families of the 241 U.S. servicepersons killed in the bombing.

In August 2010, Lamberth issued a temporary injunction blocking an executive order by President Barack Obama that expanded stem cell research. He indicated the policy violated a ban on federal money being used to destroy embryos. Some commentators have surmised that his decision is more a reflection of his politics than a rigorous interpretation of the Dickey-Wicker Amendment.

Hahahaha... Royce Lamberth, “a liberal judge”. Oh, you crack me up. In her quo warranto suit, Orly Taitz *requested* Judge Lamberth. http://www.orlytaitzesq.com/?p=7548
