Two men who were flying the Jolly Roger pirate flag on their boat are facing charges after boarding another boat moored in Gloucester Harbor Thursday night, police said.

Ignoring the threat, the man told the Coast Guard, who arrested Scott Stanton, 30, and Steve Jette, 36, for breaking and entering, threatening to commit a crime, and intimidation of a witness.I am really surprised there isn't a charge of drunk boating, as well.

I live aboard a small cruising sailboat and having known hundreds of my ilk, can state the the response of a boat owner seeing a stranger set foot aboard uninvited, as similar to the homeowner who sees a bedroom window open and a stranger enter. Even
friends ask for permission aboard out of þoliteness; strangers ignore this courtesy at their peril.

Can't. It's expressly forbidden by the geneva convention under "cruel and inhumane punishment". But We can still turn their innards to goo with repeated rides on the matterhorn.
