Thanks for the info. I never knew that and assumed that probation is always there to keep someone on the right path after they've been released.
Im wondering if there were signed probation orders or if DOC did a senternce structure. Either way, she would be dead meat. If I recall, DOC puts offender addresses on the web. I could be wrong...
I agree. It would be the general consensus that it would be a test at least for a while. It’s not a test in the sense that sitting in a jail cell for 23 out of 24 hours being constantly supervised. She is not out of a controlled environment to make some real choices in life.
I agree that it might be administrative probation if anything at all so she won’t have to return to report to a probation officer.
Coming online now i see it doesn’t look like they’ll be making a decision today. But I think Perry wants her to serve probation and will find a way to do so.
