Yes, the Casey Anthony hearing to revisit her probation order is being televised today at 9:00 a.m. EST. In my area we will be getting it on HLN.
Let's see if she maintains her teflon status.
You’re welcome...:)
As a former Fl DOC probation officer, I can tell you it happens all the time. She will probably receive administrarltive probation. I bet Fl DOC doesn’t want to touch this case.
Thanks for the info. I never knew that and assumed that probation is always there to keep someone on the right path after they've been released.
Im wondering if there were signed probation orders or if DOC did a senternce structure. Either way, she would be dead meat. If I recall, DOC puts offender addresses on the web. I could be wrong...
I agree. It would be the general consensus that it would be a test at least for a while. It’s not a test in the sense that sitting in a jail cell for 23 out of 24 hours being constantly supervised. She is not out of a controlled environment to make some real choices in life.
I agree that it might be administrative probation if anything at all so she won’t have to return to report to a probation officer.
Sounds like Washington's manner of handling all which comes to their desks. Additionally, making it as long and complicated as possible thus hidding what might be significant between the lines so to speak.
Coming online now i see it doesn’t look like they’ll be making a decision today. But I think Perry wants her to serve probation and will find a way to do so.
