Shifty Chambliss RINO extraordinaire from GA voted NAY. He is panic stricken because he is getting so much backlash for being in the Gang of Six. He probably thinks he can say later that he is conservative since he voted agains’t it. Especially knowing the bill would pass without his vote. What a crudball. He is toast in the next election.
