The ones I’ve seen are something like debit cards, can be used most anywhere. Read the fine print, some of them lose their value over time.
The website linked doesnt define small print.
Thats why I am asking
Is this to good to be true?
Looks like most of the rebates on their website are with pre-paid Visa cards, which can be used anywhere that accepts Visa. I looked at one of the forms for the rebate and it stated it’s good for 120 days plus whatever days are still in the month it’s issued. YMMV.
bttt
Very good.
Thanks. I will cash in upon arrival of the card.
Used Discount tire stores as far back as I can remember.... Never an issue. Good policy for replacements an road damage etc...
Go use the money card to buy Eaker some curb feelers an spinners for his birthday !
Hope ya get real value out of the card...
Stay Safe.
One of the things I hate about these cards is that they expire.
Also they often tie them to purchases from the company store
Eaker has all the gold plated thingys a man could desire.
Why would he need more bling?

I’ll give you $20 for it...........
If it is a Visa cash card call Visa as soon as you get the card, DO NOT USE THE CARD, then have them transfer the value to your bank account.
If you use the card even once, they will NOT transfer the remaining amount and you are stuck trying to figure out the math to burn up every penny. The big card companies will not let you swipe a card with $2 remaining on a $5 item unless you pay cash FIRST for what would be the difference.
I found this out in 2009 when I bought three new phones from Verizon and got $50 back for each phone. When I purchased phones before I received checks but now they automatically send cards unless you specifically ask for checks.
Oh, I agree completely! I especially hate Verizon because of that, but they’re the only service I can get where I live out in the boonies.
Now, it does look like one of the rebates does tie in with the Discount Tire credit card in that you get the rebate if the purchase was made with their credit card. But it doesn’t say how that rebate is paid.
What’s wrong with me?
I shop around on the net for a good set of tires
It runs me $921
I get a discount of $120 which I was unaware of and dont know what to do with. Then I use a free car wash ticket from the state inspection/ oil change, and I am wringing my hands.
Thinking people think I am cheap.
Beyond all that I usually just dont have time for shysters.
Transactions seem so convoluted now adays
Oh you suck! LoL
See! This is Just the sort of shit I am asking about!
Thank you
Ha!!
