Yes I made that big ol' stuffed Zuke! But used only half of it. It was good except the skin was a little tough. I pre-baked that big ol' thing, I was afraid the filling and sauce would dry up before the zuke got cooked. I didn't think to take any pictures. But I did take a picture Sunday morning of a cheese cake I made on Saturday. It had a sponge cake crust instead of a gram cracker. I spread a homemade strawberry-fig jam on top of the sponge cake before adding the cheese cake filling it came out great! Peggy says it is the best I have ever made.
