Story of my life. Hubby decides he needs to lose, and does it. But then, sometimes, he's prone to 'forgetting to eat'. SAY WHAT?! That's something I could never 'forget' to do. But actually, he's put on and extra 30 pounds or so in the last few years; I'm a REAL good cook, and the man loves his food!

Actually, I do Weight Watchers online, and if I'm religious about counting my points, I usually lose a little bit each week. But if I get off my lazy rear and walk or do some sort of real exercise, I can take off 1-1/2 to 2 lbs. each week. Too bad I'm not religious about it. Gotta make myself do it, though, for my health.

It’s a never ending battle, isn’t it! Sounds like you found something that works for you and I think that is half the battle. The other half... sticking to it. That is the hard half!
