Ha! Sorry! I eat good food in moderation and go to the gym daily. Plus, I live in NYC, so I walk everywhere. Add in a high energy dog that needs lots of exercise and it’s not terribly difficult to stay in shape.

Good for you. If you are able to stay thin and healthy than do it. It is a lot HARDER to drop weight when you get older. By harder, I mean tormenting, cruel, senseless, deprivation of all kinds.... and you become bitter. LOL!
