Actually, that has not been proven...and you do have to go through impeachment...per the constitution...impeachment is the only avenue...except invoking the 25th...Pathetic . . even Obambi knows he's not a citizen, hence, he's not the president . . . he's gotta' be laughing his ass off at the stupidity of not just the demorats, but the republicans for letting him into our White House.

I know he is illegal as president...but the constitution has to be followed. There are only two avenues...impeachment or invoking the 25th. The only way the senate would convict him is if he was impeached because of the eligibility issue.
