If these hybrids run amuck in Hollywood and stop the release of this horrid remake then I say it’s worth it!

In a hard-hitting report, they warn that research is close to pushing ethical boundaries and that extreme attempts to give laboratory animals human attributes must be banned. When laboratory animals with human attributes are outlawed, only outlaws will have laboratory animals with human attributes!!!

If you're saying that the original nailed it, so the remake wasn't necessary (as was the case with the first installment of this series, the "Bad News Bears," and "Charlie & the Chocolate Factory"), I can't agree with you. "Planet of the Apes" with Charlie Heston was pretty close to perfect. Tim Burton ruins everything he gets his fat ugly hands on. That being said, the original "Conquest of the Planet of the Apes" was so bad that even Roddy McDowell & Ricardo Monteblan couldn't hide their embarrassment completely.
I'm looking forward to this one.

"When human attributes are outlawed, only outlaws will have human attributes!"

I don’t know why scientists would even feel compelled to create humans with ape-like tendencies.
We already have plenty of those around.

Conquest was AWFUL but still, it looks better than this one they have coming. That CGI is ridiculous.

Tron was pretty good! I’m going to like anything with Olivia Wilde in it though.
Best remake I’ve seen in a LONG time was True Grit hands down!

To tell you the truth, I think a monkey overlord would run this place a whole lot better than Obama.

Don't forget ‘Beneath the Planet of the Apes (1970)’ where James Gregory as General Ursus says “The Only good human is a dead human”. In the BEHIND THE PLANET OF THE APES documentary Heston said he only agreed to be in that dumb sequel because the script said he would get to blow up the Earth at the end and then his character Taylor couldn't be brought back again for an even dumber movie. But Heston didn't know that Hollywood had long discovered Time Travel, remember 1960s Time Tunnel and The Time Machine??
Can an Ape become president?
