There ought to be a market for a new version of LinkedIn, which lists everyone a member has had sex with (and givew “Connections” a new meaning). With this network, you can easily look up who your prospective partners have had — or are having — sex with, so that you can avoid the Uchitel problem. As a public service you could also provide confidential information about what STDs you or your partner have had, so that others can avoid infectious regions of the network.
