A producer claims he met with Casey Anthony in Palm Springs today to discuss a $1million television deal, the MailOnline can exclusively reveal.

Al Taylor, who on Sunday said Anthony's first interview was a ‘done deal,’ claims he was called to the early morning meeting in an undisclosed location by Anthony’s legal team this morning.

He claims to have met with Anthony, who was flanked by her lawyer Jose Baez, for 15 to 20 minutes to discuss his proposal, he said.

justice was not served. She killed her kid and got off scott free. The Justice System worked. The Justice System doesn’t want justice. It wants a process. It wants a semblance of justice, but not true justice.

Yes, justice was not served, and most attorneys you talk to don't have a problem with that. Defense attorneys have brainwashed undereducated jurors into thinking there can be NO doubt, instead of reasonable doubt.

Envy. Envy. (For the third time: Envy.) The chick had figured out how to game the system. ‘member, notoriety is your ticket to the USA gravy train. She don’t care that you hate her, and neither do Larry Flynt, the corrupt Kennedys, or John Edwards. Gravy train riding in the middle of Easy Street in Disneyworld! Doncha wanna be on board?!

Get on the boat or you’re gonna miss the bus, pal!

The jury will have to live with their decision. The woman is obviously guilty. Let’s hope Casey doesn’t have more children.

Well my comment stems from the uninformed claiming the prosecution ONLY gave the jury one count to decide and overreached. There does also seem to be a theme that the murder of this innocent child is analogous to the abortion mills liberals favor....

AND over the past 30 + years that has been the exact accusation the pro-abort liberals have used against 'pro-lifers'.... Just so long as the child is born, 'pro-lifers' could care less what happens to that child...

You like to prove your superiority by insulting people with names like knuckle draggers and savages.

It lessons your effectiveness and says a lot about you.

It even gives you something in common with Chris Matthews and Keith Olbermann who can’t communicate without calling people names.

Odd reports coming out...especially in light of Att. Mason saying Casey is “learning how to grieve appropriately” now. Hummmm-mmm by meeting with executives to do her show???? It’s party time again...and sure didn’t take her long did it.

Not to mention Baez wants to hit the fire while it’s hot in order to fan his own fame and fortunate. Nobody on that team is going to let this fire go out any time soon. They will fan it over and over again. Too much money to be made for all....and yes the public will indeed eat it up.

Well, whatever, doctor.

FR used to be somewhat a bastion of actual thinkers. But apparently not anymore.

The system actually worked in this case, and we used to celebrate that here.

>> The system actually worked in this case, and we used to celebrate that here.

To say it ‘worked’ is subjective. An outcome that defies public opinion doesn’t necessarily prove the system ‘works’. To the contrary, if equal public pressure were put upon the jury beforehand, no doubt the verdict would have been different. That’s not ‘working’ either.

What’s not working is understanding of the judicial process. The prosecution failed to prove guilt despite overwhelming public opinion. Unfortunately the evidence wasn’t hard enough to overcome the doubt cast by the defense. That’s not ‘working’, that’s just the way it is.

Beyond the death of the child, what bothers me is the statist reaction for more law, and juries afraid of retribution.

Silly sophistry. The jury was lazy and stupid. Expect more of this as our society dumbs down.

You’re an idiot.

Perhaps.

Yo obviously DON’T know the charges in this case.

Since you think I don't know the charges, I guess you will enlighten us with the correct take?

Or did you think you made your point with caps-lock?

Count One, First Degree Murder: If Casey Anthony is convicted of first degree murder, regardless of whether it is on a theory of Pre-meditated Murder or Felony Murder she will receive at a minimum a life sentence. A life sentence in Florida is a true life sentence, which means there is no parole or early release. A defendant convicted of first degree murder only leaves prison after his or her death. The only alternative to a life sentence is death by execution.

Lesser Included of Count One, Second Degree Murder: (depraved mind murder, not premeditated) The maximum penalty for Second Degree Murder is a life sentence. The minimum sentence is based on the Criminal Punishment Code. The estimated minimum sentence for this charge and other charges which might result in conviction along with this count would be 24 years, 6 months.

Count Two, Aggravated Child Abuse: The maximum penalty for aggravated child is 15 years in prison. The estimated minimum sentence for this charge and other charges which might result in conviction along with this count would be 12 years, 1 month.

Count Three, Aggravated Manslaughter of a Child: If Casey Anthony is convicted of causing the death of Caylee by culpable negligence the maximum sentence is 30 years in prison. The estimated minimum sentence for this charge and other charges which might result in conviction along with this count would be 16 years and 6 months.

There’s nothing silly about threatening jurors, reactionary legislation, nor presuming the system worked because it defied public opinion.

Who is doing that? Saying the jury was stupid and lazy is a fact. It is not threatening that jury. If the "system" lets off sicko murderous mothers, then the system is flawed. Stating the obvious is not threat.

Because the Edsel Ford was a bad car and not buying it, even ridiculing it, was that a threat to the auto industry "system"?
