I believe she will announce on August 2nd for two reasons:

1). That is my birthday
2). That is the date that the Declaration of Independence was signed (no, it was not signed on July 4th)

August 2nd would also be the date that we're told the sky will fall if the debt ceiling isn't raised - it would really be the perfect date for her to announce.

Agree...she should announce, without ANY tip-off, that she’s running just about 5 minutes after Obama announces Granny will STARVE because of the mean Republicans.

Well fine, she can announce on your birthday, on Alaska time, but by then it will be the third in my time zone, and my birthday.
