I blame the DA for over stepping based upon the evidence and case they presented, although to be honest I didn’t watch most of the proceedings. In hindsight he should have gone for lesser charges that would have prevented her from walking and from profiting.
It is difficult, and as it should be, to prove capital murder charges with circumstantial evidence with most jurors. I’ve served on juries and once as foreman. When there is some legitimate doubt placed by the defense on the DA’s case, it will always undercut capital charges. Capital punishment needs to be based upon multiple, irrefutable, and clear cut evidence.
Just look for the slut with the horse teeth.
People need to look out. She is a danger to anyone who crosses paths with her.
She can run, but she won’t be able to hide.

This jury had lesser charges to choose from that did not involve the death penalty.
She’s young, loves to party, doesn’t care about her daughter. Feels no remorse and obviously no pain in losing her. And I think she loves attention. She’ll be out of hiding pretty quickly. And who’s footing this bill to keep her hide? I suppose the taxpayers. Bet we’re going to pay to keep her in style too. That just makes my blood boil even more.
Yes my faith says that she will be forgiven by God, the people of the United States are a vastly different story.
she was charged with aggravated manslaughter....punishable by up to 15 years.....or much less.
