I agree. EVERY accusation against him came from her. She has a pattern of serial lying. Why believe ANY of it?
Judge felt the tape was inflammatory and that, if publicly released, it would damage her right to receive a fair trial.
Can a lawyer explain why the Judge could not rule the tape be sealed prior to trial, put a gag order on the lawyers, and admit it AT trial? The jury was sequestered, after all. I don't get it.
I think he gave up police work on Cindy’s demand.
He seemed to have just started a new job around the time of Caylee’s death.
Lee is the only one I think that loves his sister. There is no love in that house for the most part, but Lee is one odd duck nonetheless. He knew some secret. Whatever it was, he promised her he would never tell. I think he understood better than anyone, and I don’t buy the being left out bullcrap he spouted at the trial. They all worked in their own way to help acquit her.
I think it shows how she became completely unglued when she found out remains were found where she dumped Caylee.
I've thought that as well. Remember, she was in the process of inventing the exceptionally rich new boyfriend (Jeff Archer, or something like that?) who lived far away and also had a very rich family? I'm thinking she would say they moved out of the states, where Caylee would be kidnapped or vanish mysteriously at a later time.
In the meantime, Casey would just be partying and doing whatever the hell Casey does to exist. She would just stay far away from the family stomping grounds, that's all.
I couldn't bear to watch because I've had my intelligence insulted enough by the few of these morons who have opened their mouths. However, I heard a few clips and it couldn't be more clear that George Anthony was on trial. That guy could recite every word and detail of George's testimony and he fairly sneered with disdain for him.
The poor little girl, she deserved so much more. Our system failed her totally, IMO.
Your theory makes a lot of sense. Strange family, all in all, but I don’t think George is a monster, nor do I believe he or Lee molested Casey. Something about that tale just didn’t pass the smell test.
She is really hated down here in Fl. She will have to watch her back for the rest of her miserable life. The jurors don’t even want their names released. I hope they spend the rest of their miserable lives knowing they let a murderer go on with her life to party.

To some that may sound far fetched, but most likely Casey would have done just that.
The extent of her lying knows no bounds.

That is that it was not Casey who reported Caylee missing. It was her mother.
What do these jurors think would have happened if Cindy had not found Casey at that time and reported Caylee missing.
What you just said is exactly what would have happened. The charade would have continued with Casey making occasional calls to Mom and later concocting another kidnap tale once she fled.
I think when Cindy found her, she hadn’t yet formulated her official lying story. I believe Casey figured she would have to have it ready by Caylee’s birthday. In that case she probably would have used that she was going to Timbuktu
with the rich guy, call ya later Mom. Cindy would have asked to speak to Caylee and Casey would have said “She is napping, Mom”. I am not waking her up. See ya, bye. LOL
That was my feeling too. And yet, they proved absolutely nothing against George not even the affair was proven. It was the worst thing I’ve ever seen. Even if George were a monster and molested Casey, what in the world does that have to do with Caylee’s murder?
Probably a back off message from them. They are in a tough spot.
And to those who have not followed the case, it was the DEFENSE who used the exhibit with the chart outlining them all, NOT the State. It's been stipulated that the girl is a pathological liar.
OTOH, if the public were in for a scolding, why would the entire team be there? The news guy said they are going to further explaining their involvement in the case because the public is demanding it.
Should be quite the press conference. HLN will be carrying it live.
Sometimes I wonder if the defense made that motion for testing competency with Casey because they know she is nuts.
They do know she is guilty and they can provide nothing to this day to prove anything they concocted.
There was just something curious and “off” about this verdict. I always will believe that.
Lets hope there are good people out there still working on a way to put Casey behind bars. It won’t be for killing Caylee, but there are other things.
Not to stir the pot, but understanding sociopaths a bit; I would like to encourage Casey on how to make real money... The easiest way, and many of us know just how lazy she is, to make money is to possibly go after Baez now that she will be released. Perhaps sexual abuse, inappropriate touching, bad advice with the tax problems, etc etc. That would give me some satisfaction towards Baez who I think is a lot like her.
I forgot to mention that the news guy mentioned the public is demanding to know if the investigators are going to be continuing to investigate matters relating to Caylee's death and disappearance.
Seems the public is not quite so willing to just throw Caylee away.

Sociopaths can simply use people and when they no longer need them, they toss them aside. Caylee was a mere pet to Casey. When the pet was no longer wanted, held her back, and revenge was in play; she destroyed the pet. Now that Baez is not useful to her anymore, its time to toss that person aside. I would just say, why not go after his gains. Some lawyer would take the case. There are reasons for all the lawyer jokes... lol
As Tim Martin reminded himself when Cindy was jerking him around, “This is about Caylee.”
