Re: The News Conference Today
I forgot to mention that the news guy mentioned the public is demanding to know if the investigators are going to be continuing to investigate matters relating to Caylee's death and disappearance.
Seems the public is not quite so willing to just throw Caylee away.

As Tim Martin reminded himself when Cindy was jerking him around, “This is about Caylee.”

hmmmm, I doubt they are going to continue to investigate this. The possible threats out there, the anger level, etc. I'm guessing they will say they put their best case forward, but the jury has spoken, that's the end.....Maybe they will announce they are pursuing a recoup of costs to investigate the missing child since her defense was that she knew the child was already dead.
But I was 100% percent wrong about what I thought the verdict would be, so what do I know?!

I hope they keep the heat on to further investigate. I don't think this should be the end of it, as it usually is when someone is tried and acquitted. I know double jeopardy is an issue with charging Casey with the murder, but if they find more evidence there are other things they could charge her with and if others are involved they need to be held responsible for their part.
