I've lived a while in Mexico. I saw the dentistry there. Get it done here. Pay more.

I live in La Paz, Baja California Sur and the dentists here are excellent, well educated, polite and most speak English. Prices for crowns and implants are at least 50% lower than the States and the work, at least with the dentists my wife and I use, is as good or better than north of here. I guess it depends on the dentist.
