Actually, the tape was NEAR her face. the body was so decomposed and with the water, etc. who knows if it was actually ON her mouth and nose...Got this tonight from the Prosecutor on tv tonight.

Nice try, but you only heard part of the story. In 100% of cases with fully decomposed skeletal remains, the mandible (jaw bone) naturally falls away from the rest of the skull bones once decomposition is complete (there is nothing left to hold the jaw bone to the rest of the skull).
In Caylee's case, duct tape was holding the jaw bone and hair intact with the rest of the skull. Another piece of duct tape was found some distance away.
