You babbled that the duct tape across Caylee’s nose and mouth was a coverup for an accident. Thus, your credibility is in the toilet.
I did not in any way give an opinion that I thought it was a cover up.
I simply, when asked what could possibly be an explanation for the tape being there, gave different scenarios that I could think of off the top of my head.
For the record I have no idea, nor does anyone else, know what caused Caylee’s death or how she ended up in the place she was found. The person who asked the question was trying to insinuate that the tape on the skull was some kind of proof of murder and that her mother put it there. I was simply pointing out that the prosecution did not, nor could they, prove that. Read the thread to get context.
When you take things out of context you end up thinking the prosecution proved beyond reasonable doubt that Casey murdered Caylee.
Actually, the tape was NEAR her face. the body was so decomposed and with the water, etc. who knows if it was actually ON her mouth and nose...Got this tonight from the Prosecutor on tv tonight.
