Why would anyone try to cover up an accident by making it look like a murder?
Why was this “accident” never revealed for 3 years ?
LOL You tell me. I didn’t say there was an accident. You asked why would someone do something and I gave you some items that could be considered reasons. My contention is that the prosecution simply didn’t prove it wasn’t an accident. They insisted that it was an intentionally cause death and got stuck in not being able to prove what happened.
