In January of 2010 she was sentenced to 412 days of time served in jail and one year of probation + fines/court costs.
When does the probation clock start kicking in? Upon her release on Wed or was she considered on probation while she has been in jail (meaning it would have been over early 2011)?
According to the HLN reporter who interviewed Cheney Mason and specifically asked him about it, she served the probation in jail. It’s over.

Since new washers and dryers are very expensive these days (needlessly marked up) it would be remarkable if a flat broke family went out and bought a new set unnecessarily.

People are angry about this verdict...and rightfully so. Trying to put everyone under the same umbrella because they disagree with this verdict is more than none-sense.
Freepers have been following this and debating this...pros and cons...and believe a great injustice has been done, based on their assessment of the evidence etc. It's been both interesting and informative. And they are sharing their reactions from this verdict....which you seem to have a great problem with.
You do not know if Casey is guilty or not...”Prove” it was an accident...or something else.
Bottom line is you can't deal with peoples reactions. But they live in the real world that also includes angry emotions...not the “you got to love everybody” mumbo jumbo the liberals push on those with no grey matter between their ears.
When injustice is done the people will cry out....justice was betrayed...righteous people care about justice...and when they see it's not done expect them to rise up.
The bible says “when Justice is done the people rejoice”....just what would you expect when the opposite?

The state did prove it. Casey was the last known person to be with Caylee. She had motive even if it was just to rid herself of the body. If the child did drown, maybe Casey let her drown? You don’t dump your baby girl in a swamp to rot if you love her.

Stop the dramatics. For Petes sake. I never cared if Casey got the death penalty or not. She did get rid of her daughter and deserved to be punished for it.

Everyone here knows that the jury, however stupid they may have been, has spoken. That does not mean that the whole country has to agree with them and rubber stamp the verdict.
Stop the drama and if you are satisfied with the outcome, well fine, that is your opinion. Others disagree.
The fact remains this little girl is dead under the care of her mother. Casey lied, Caylee died. And everyone in her family also lied. It was all about Casey. Heaven forbid we consider and care about the victim.
Who speaks for Caylee? You know, that brat that Jose Baez was having to be reminded of and was was so affronted by because it was unfair and too emotional that we think about the victim, was the reason that people were in the courtroom.
Of course, if none of us bothered to respond to some of these trolls, they just might go away. I think for most of them, the whole point is stirring the pot. They’ve done pretty well at that. Hard to get a rise out of people, though, if they act like the troll isn’t even there...
