Today is the day she may walk free. Prepare yourselves.

Call me Pollyanna, but the Judge did give FingerBoy 6 days. Hopefully he has scoured the law so she can cool her heels a little longer.

Yes. It’s hard to make kids listen these days.

” in a necessary act of Self-Defense”

Slutmom: Honestly, Caylee was coming at me with what I thought at the time to be a knife, but I discovered Zanny had given her a rubber dagger.

There was no dna as evidence—the body had decomposed so thoroughly that all extraneous dna (as from her killer or killers) had degenerated to the point of being useless. Think about it. The body lay there for months in the swamp (it even flooded for a time), and I believe this was on purpose and for the exact reason we’re discussing. So little or nothing could be proven. The dna was no longer viable proof. There was only the blanket (proven to have come from the household), the laundry bag (also from the household) and the poor child’s clothing.

I'm looking at Hannity in a whole new light.

I am too. I still like Sean, but I have to decide if I like him enough to keep watching/listening to someone I now think was basically duped by a shoddy defense of a murderer. He thinks the father of Casey is suspect. OMG.

She looked like a mess in the courtroom today. She was flirtatious until she found out that she wasn’t getting out of jail, and then she looked very sober.

I wanted to gag when she greeted Baez. She hugged him and then gave him a big smile and did a little wink-wink when he came into the court room. She looked like she just crawled out of bed.

Actually it isn’t. What is it with people who have to jump in and tell others that some other place is just better than all of you are.

If that is true, why hang around?

I have many issues that I disagree with others around here.

I don’t waste my time jumping on threads to tell people that some other site is more sane than you are. In my mind, they may very well be.

I guess we could go on to define what is more sane and who is right and who is wrong.

That would be whoever it may be that agrees with my take:^)

We can agree Caylee died by the hands of another human being and that person was probably Casey who probably killed Caylee in a fit of rage after the big family blowout on June 15th in which Cindy tried to choke Casey. (my opinion)

Unfortunately, as hard as the detectives tried, they could not get anything more than heresay regarding that fight.

It left a great big hole in the case.

Poppycock. Your alternate theory postulations are not reasonable either individually or in total. They do not provide reasonable doubt that a homicide occurred. Nobody would try to cover up an accident by making it look like a murder. Nonsensical foolery does not equal reasonable doubt.

“Casey’s mother, Cindy, was overhead in the courtroom saying, “She looks so beautiful.”

Try, try, try Cindy, to picture the snake coming out of her chest, and for gods sake, keep your bedroom door locked, no, better yet, wear a bullet proof vest if you allow slutmom back in your house.

Well said. It's telling that the jurors have pretty much shunned the limelight..this..in an age where everyone wants their 15 minutes of fame, and they could easily get big $$$ for doing an interview.

I wonder if the jury suffered something akin to Stockholm syndrome..you take all these complete strangers..lock them away together for weeks..no real outside contact..they were pretty much cut off from most news..and weird stuff can happen. I can give the jury a pass for not being able to agree on first degree murder...but what I can never understand is why not ONE held out for the lesser count of manslaughter. That makes no sense....especially when they convicted her on the lesser counts of lyign to police, and that she didn't take the stand..

That’s what I said. You think she’d brush her hair.

Just heard she might be stating w/ relatives in TX after her release. Would love to know where.

I never thought for a minute that George had anything to do with Caylee’s death or aiding Casey in a cover-up, nor that he ever molested her. The only thing I fault him for is not calling the police and insisting that the search for Casey and Caylee start the moment he knew of the horrible smell eminating from the car.

Juror No. 3 Talks To WFTV About Casey Verdict

(snip)

“I am tired and I’m stressed out,” said Ford.

Ford said she’s ready to put this whole trail behind her.

WFTV reporter Kenneth Craig asked how she and other jurors arrived at their not guilty verdicts for Casey’s most serious charges, including first-degree murder.

“We all determined, it just wasn’t enough to say definitively that a crime was committed and that’s what we needed to know. We needed to know how she died,” said Ford.

She told WFTV that she made her decision before the deliberations and is still sticking to it.

“I knew before I went in that there was a lot of circumstantial evidence that was pretty damning, but at the same time I didn’t know how the little girl died, I had no idea how that child died,” said Ford.

“Now that you’ve had time to think about your decision a little more, how do you feel about the decision you made?” asked Craig.

“I am confident and it’s a decision that was made collectively,” she replied.

She said deliberations were tense and argumentative at times before everyone agreed on the verdict. She also said she’s not concerned about all of the trail watchers who said the jury’s verdict was just not right.

“Like Casey, or hate her, in this country she gets a fair trial,” said Ford.

WFTV also asked about the sexual abuse allegations mentioned in court, and Ford said she didn’t believe them and they didn’t weigh on her decision one bit.

Did he know of the smell before Cindy did? I got the impression they found the car together and Cindy called 911.

But I don’t know anything about when/where they found her car.

They do live in some kind of fantasy-world. Even so, they deserve whatever is on its way to them, because they raised this monster, and then they tried to cover up what she did.

>>Between Casey and her parent someone knows what happened. We probably never will.<<

So how the ell can you be angry with the jury or anyone else who says the prosecution screwed this up? The jury can’t convict on “something” because we “just know she did something”? >>By the way, none of you guys will answer about the Laci Peterson case. Why not?<<

Because that’s not what is being discussed in this thread and belongs in another thread at another time. It has no bearing on this case.

Let's hope she doesn't get pregnant again.

Let's also hope VT LT. doesn't have any more kids.

That is harsh. It is their daughter, after all. I think the death of their grand daughter has destroyed this family. I really feel for the Anthonys. They will never be the same.
