Today is the day she may walk free. Prepare yourselves.

Call me Pollyanna, but the Judge did give FingerBoy 6 days. Hopefully he has scoured the law so she can cool her heels a little longer.

Are you saying the porn industry has more commonsense than hannity...

LOL! Apparently. Poor Sean, he and so many others have spoken and removed all doubt, because of this case. Boy, was he trying hard to explain himself yesterday.

>>That’s a lie...give the quote with a link.<<

That’s a rather serious accusation in a public forum.

State attorney Lawson Lamar said Tuesday after Anthony was found not guilty of killing her 2-year-old daughter that the case was very difficult to prove. Lamar also said the delay in recovering Caylee Anthony’s remains was a considerable disadvantage.

http://www.krem.com/home/Casey-Anthony-acquitted-of-murder-.html

When asked if we will ever know what really happened to Caylee, Ashton said, definitively, “No, we never will. We never will. Because even if Casey got out of jail and wrote a book and said it, I don’t know that any of us would really know if we could believe it or not.”

http://www.huliq.com/10473/casey-anthony-alternate-juror-prosecutor-jeff-ashton-interview-today-show-video

Ashton also said he does not believe anyone but Casey Anthony will ever know the truth about what happened to Caylee.

If the prosecutor says after being asked if we will ever know what happened to Caylee “No, we never will” what would suggest the jurors convict on? If he says that there is not “anyone but Casey Anthony” who will “ever know the truth about what happened to Caylee” how in the name of all that is good should we expect a jury to convict on anything. The prosecutor himself couldn’t even say without “reasonable doubt” what happened to Caylee. It’s preposterous to expect a jury to then convict on “something”.

Would you care to apologize for the lie comment?

I was mentioning earlier that I don’t think this story is over.

The book has more chapters. If Casey had a brain she would move out of the country.

Instead, like a typical sociopath, she wants to have a baby, or adopt. She has nothing to smile about. She may have physical freedom as OJ had, but once it dawns on you that only bottom feeders want your company...well, you know what I mean.

Gag me

“A nice, clean gotcha with the DNA....”

We are giving DNA too much weight, to the detriment of other evidence. For example the hooker (Leno said so after the Post story so you can bet NBC verified) that accused the IMF director was so “traumatized” after the alleged rape she went on to immediately clean other rooms.

Yet the DNA indicated they had a sexual liason. But what is more likely, a rape in a hotel filled with cleaning and security personnel where the alleged victim could scream her lungs out and be confident she would be heard? Or sex for a large tip? Calmer heads are now prevailing as the character of the actors is being weighed.

She could become Obamas child care czar.

Yes, she would fit in with obama's standards.

Not only did the cops and others take Jesse’s Dad aside to tell him Jesse needs to watch his back, Cindy was writing Casey asking how did he know about the playhouse and stressing how he had ample time to take things from their house.

He should sue the pants off of them.

I'm looking at Hannity in a whole new light. As Dennis Miller said, The jurors are MORONS, and evidently Hannity is too.

It will look good to her for a period of time; but eventually go down the road to hell. Get ready for the PR slime of all time.

I can barely turn on FNC these days, between O’Reilly, Hannity, Geraldo and some of their “legal experts” who appear regularly. FR might be my only news source. (I was also deeply disappointed in Mark Levin’e ignorant comments on this case. Geez, Mark, at least read some transcripts before running off at the mouth...)

At least O'Reilly thinks Casey is guilty. He said it's a dark day for the American justice system.

>>It’s just a liars technique, and we’ve watched the most cunning of liars for weeks, so how bout you quote or STFU.<<

See post 502

The STFU comment is real classy when you don’t even know that the prosecutor himself admitted that we won’t know what happened to Caylee. Don’t accuse someone of being a liar when you obviously don’t know what you are talking about.

If the prosecutor couldn’t even define a conclusion how in the name of all that is good can you expect a jury too?

I wish Fox News would cover actual news rather than spending all their resources on some random, made-for-TV murder trial.

Stands to reason. This jury was way to inactive and inattentive not to have someone guiding them the entire way.

I wasn’t aware he said that. Good on him. My beef with O’R is over his frequent sliming of FR and Sarah Palin. I used to watch on Wednesdays, but only to catch Dennis Miller. Wish they’d give Miller an entire show.

“Would you care to apologize for the lie comment?”

No, but I would apologize for your presence on this forum to any newbies or lurkers thinking this poster is representative of the intellect herein.

What Ashton conceded was the EXACT sequence of events we can, of course, not know, short of a videotape. He also said he was confident he proved murder one. Do you know exactly how Laci Peterson died? Was she dead before or after she was placed in SF bay? How do you know a satanic cult didn’t sacrifice her? We will never know unless Scott elects to talk from death row. Yet the compelling proof in that case was also his lifestyle and being able to place him in the SF bay area.

Granted, Geragos wasn’t half the con man Baez turned out to be. I’ll give this to the defense-—they put up so many smoke and mirrors that the local smoke and mirrors wholesale supply store was forced to close temporarily for being out of stock.

No, you don’t have the ability to see even the biggest of distinctions.

You stated, ““but even the prosecutor admitted in an interview that they couldn’t prove it was a murder or an accident.”

The prosecution never stated they couldn’t prove it. They believe they did prove it. They believe the jury couldn’t see it.

“Ashton also said he does not believe anyone but Casey Anthony will ever know the truth about what happened to Caylee.”

Again, you don’t have to prove “cause of death” to prove a murder case. Ashton believes Casey knows how she was murdered because the facts indicate that Casey killed the child.

What a preposterous thing to say. You get all angry at the jury and others who show that the prosecution didn’t prove their case. No one has ever said “why bother”, “who cares about Caylee”, or anything along those lines.

Direct your anger where it should be. It was the prosecution who screwed the case up. When the prosecutors make statements like “we will never know what happened to Caylee” it’s obvious they should have charged on something other then murder.

I was relieved to know there was no DNA. Had there been, the idiot jurors would believe Bozo’s predictable pack of lies that police tampered with evidence.

Either way, those lazy fools didn’t want to waste any time to deliberate or ask questions or connect the dots, or discuss and comprehend the charges. They wanted to go back home to their liberal cesspool of Pinellas County.
