Today is the day she may walk free. Prepare yourselves.
Call me Pollyanna, but the Judge did give FingerBoy 6 days. Hopefully he has scoured the law so she can cool her heels a little longer.
She will be relocating, changing her name and appearance.
Imagine the horror of a future romantic partner realizing who his baby’s mama is after the fact.
..and he wasn't smiling today....none of them were!!!!!!!!!
Even a small bit of justice is sweet!
I’ve sat on enough juries to know that the case sucked. I’ve spent enough time in courts to know the case sucked.
Stop watching Nancy Grace and look at the evidence.
The evidence sucked. The case sucked. And she walked.
Too much emotion. Not enough evidence.
How did she kill her? When did she die?
But Manslaughter was not on the table. Only aggravated manslaughter.
Who killed the baby?
Anyone who thinks this is anything but an abortion of justice desevers ridicule and scorn.
Did you watch jury selection? None really heard about the case or watched/read news. Where were they all? Living in a cave in tora bora?
Never trusted this jury, but did expect common sense to deliver a fair verdict. I could understand aquittal on the 1st degree murder, but not counts 2 & 3.
Bitch looked like she just crawled out of bed. Don’t think she expected to walk out today. Hopefully judge is trying to milk all the jail time he can impose, taking Ck fraud case into consideration, as well.
“She will be relocating, changing her name and appearance.”
New tattoo?.......how about changing it to “my hellish life” ......at least I’m hoping it is.
Schaffer and Judge on Fox have both been wrong before....even today, they didn’t get it right!
I heard one of her former friends last night talking about trying to get Caylee’s law passed. Something to do with not reporting missing child. Does anyone know anything about this?
It is reported that he died in a car carsh. However, his mother, Caylee’s other grandparent you would think should have standing, as well.
Show me where those jurors worked hard to serve justice for a little girl who was murdered and dumped in the trash? Show me where anyone but the defense was interested in true justice. All I see is a bunch of sickos who think they are entitled.
Survived that nearly one hour circus!
Who killed her?
Why not go back and amend your hypothetical and THEN ask them who they think is most likely to know something about their missing friend? I suspect you will get a very different answer.
BTW, are you a defense attorney?
“ALL THE DEFENSE HAS TO DO IS TO PRESENT SOME REASONABLE DOUBT.”
The defense will always be able to hire a so called expert to dispute the evidence. So in your opinion all murderers should be free if there wasn’t a witness or the murder on TV.
Good idea.
Also how about passing a law that jurors cannot gain from their service on the jury.
If you were on trial, you would not want jurors who spend all day watching this stuff on cable TV.
They brought the jury in from Tampa so they would not have an opinion about the case.
What you saw this week happens every damn day in courtrooms around the US. The system is not perfect, but it beats the vigilante crowd around here.
Considering that FL is a very conservative law and order southern state.
That is an answer the cops are supposed to come up with, not the jury.
I haven’t the slightest idea of who killed her.
YES, it will make it a FELONY to fail to report a child missing within 24 hours, and a FELONY to fail to report the death of a child, under any circumstances, within 1 hour.
You will have to look for the Facebook page, I don't have the link.
